CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:
REASSURING YOU DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME

At Enterprise Retirement Living (ERL), we are committed to doing everything we can to safeguard our property owners, potential customers, employees, suppliers and business contacts. Therefore, to comply with the Government’s introduction of tighter restrictions on people’s movements and business operations, which is essential to stem the spread of Coronavirus, we have increased our own measures to help keep everyone safe.

The communal areas within our retirement villages have been closed and all social events postponed. For their own safety, owners are being encouraged to practise social distancing. Enhanced cleaning and hygiene regimes have been introduced. Our teams in the villages are helping owners by doing shopping and collecting prescriptions, and they’re available 24/7 for anyone who needs assistance or reassurance.

All of our sales and Head Office staff are working from home, but continue to be available to support the operational teams in the villages and, of course, each other.

Visits by potential customers have been suspended. For sales enquiries, please call the Sales Office at the relevant retirement village. Your call will be diverted to the Sales Consultants, who can discuss your requirements and arrange to contact you when viewings are re-established.

None of our villages or offices have had any cases of Coronavirus to date. With the actions we have taken, continued vigilance and the co-operation of everyone around us, we hope to minimise exposure to and prevent the spread of this insidious infection.

We will closely monitor the ever-changing situation and will continue to follow the advice of the UK Government, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation. We are also liaising with ARCO (Associated Retirement Community Operators) to share information and best practice advice with fellow members in the retirement sector.

This emergency situation is having an enormous and unprecedented impact on all of us, but together we will get through it. On behalf of ERL, I would like to thank you for your understanding and support; we hope that you and your families and colleagues remain safe and well.
